USAID Administrator Samantha Power is traveling to Tuskegee, Alabama, today, January 31, 2022, to announce a new partnership between the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and Tuskegee University (TU), a private, Historically Black land-grant university. The partnership aims to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in international development–specifically in areas of expertise USAID and TU share including climate resilience and adaptation, agriculture, nutrition, and water resources.
