Fresh revelations have just emerged regarding a raid by F.B.I agents on Monday at the office of one of President Donald Trump’s personal lawyers.

The The New York Times in a new report said the F.B.I agents were looking for records about payments to two women who claimed they had sex with President Trump.

The agents were also looking for information related to the Publisher of The National Enquirer’s role in reportedly silencing one of the women. The New York Times quoted several people briefed on the investigation as disclosing the new information.

The search warrant, carried out by the public corruption unit of the Manhattan attorney’s office was seeking information about Karen McDougal, an ex-Playboy model, who claimed she carried a year long sexual affair with President Trump shortly after the birth of his son in 2006.

Ms. McDougal was paid $150,000 by American Media Inc., the Enquirer’s parent company, whose chief executive office is a friend of Mr. Trump, the Times said.

Another porn star, known publicly as Stormy Daniels, also received $130,000 from Mr. Trump’s attorney, Michael D. Cohen.

The search warrant was requested by Special Counsel, Robert S. Mueller, who is trying to determine whether Russia agents helped President Donald Trump win the 2016 presidential election.
