A 36-year old woman shot several people at the headquarters of YouTube in San Bruno, California, on Tuesday, before killing herself, said police Chief Ed Barberini.
NPR quoted the spokesman at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital as saying that it received three patients from the incident.
The spokesman, Chief Communication Officer Brent Andrew, was quoted as saying that one man, 36, was in critical condition; a woman, 32, in serious condition; and another woman, 27, in fair condition.
The headquarters building was evacuated and detectives were making arrangements to talk to witnesses.
Earlier reports had said at least 20 people were shot.
