Derek Chauvin accused of killing George Floyd refuses to testify at own trial

Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer who is accused of killing George Floyd on May 25, 2020, has refused to testify at own trial.

Chauvin said he was invoking his fifth amendment privilege not to testify at his own trial taking place in Minneapolis.
