In an explosive video, a man who claimed to be the brother of Abba Kyari, President Muhammadu Buhari’s Chief of Staff, has implicated him in what appears to be a massive corruption scandal.
The scandal started in 2015, the man said, after Mr Kyari gave him a contract to supply some hilux cars.

But after the money was paid and the cars supplied, he refused to pay him.
Abba Kyari has not yet reacted to the widely circulated video.
