President Joseph R. Biden Jr. invited 49 African countries and the African Union to attend the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit he is hosting in Washington D.C. December 13-15.
Each country and the African Union accepted the invitation and has sent the following representative as its Head of Delegation, according to the White House.
