The United States House of Representatives voted on Thursday to remove Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene from committee assignments for repeatedly spreading conspiracy theories that were embraced by former President Donald Trump.
Eleven Republican lawmakers joined 219 Democrats to remove her from the committee assignments.

The final tally was 230 lawmakers voted to remove her while 199 voted against her removal.
Greene will now be barred from serving in the Education and Labor committee as well as the budget committee.
