With only 48 hours to go before November 3, 2020, the final day of the United States presidential election, Joe Biden is set to defeat Donald Trump.
Between 100 million and 110 million Americans would vote before Election Day on November 3. Half of the ballots already cast have gone to battleground states.
In 2016, about 47 million Americans voted before election day and 138 million voted in the entire election. This time, between 100 million and 110 million would vote before election day and about 150 million are expected to vote in the entire election.
This means that by Tuesday, the election may already be over.
The number of ballots cast so far represents 67 percent of all the votes counted in 2016.
Joe Biden and Donald Trump need 270 electoral votes each to win the presidency.
So far, with everything taken into consideration, including the expected election results in Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Michigan and Wisconsin, Joe Biden is winning. Donald Trump is losing.
And it may be a bit late to catch up now with roughly 100 million ballots cast at the end of today.
Trump won 30 states in 2016. This time he’s winning 20 states. Biden is winning 24 states. All the other states can go to either Biden or Trump, with most leaning towards Biden.
I project a Biden win in two days. I also project that the Democrats would win the Senate and keep the House of Representatives with Nancy Pelosi as the Speaker of the House and Chuck Schumer as the majority leader of the Senate.”
