Famous Nigerian comedian, Babatunde Omidina, popularly known as Baba Suwe, has been left for dead by the same country he spent decades entertaining.
Those who recently saw the ailing comedian sounded a red alert that he was in desperate need of medical attention and was closer to death now more than ever before.

With no money, especially after the Nigerian government defamed him years ago by falsely accusing him of peddling drugs and subjecting him to humiliation, only for a judge to dismiss his case, Baba Suwe is a dying man every passing day.
Even a recent visit by notable actors in the Nollywood Yoruba industry has not changed much.
In a country where those who sacrifice the most are often forgotten, Baba Suwe may still be saved if Nigerians with means come to his rescue.
