The embattled senator representing Delta state constituency has resumed plenary for legislative proceedings.

Senator Ovie Omo-Agege arrived the Senate Chamber on Wednesday after a Federal High Court nullified his six month suspension.

The Senate said it has filed an appeal against the ruling.

Senator Omo-Agege was suspended following his remarks that the Senate was targeting President Muhammadu Buhari in the ongoing amendment of the 2010 electoral act.
