A Nigerian activist has warned his countrymen in South Africa against listening to the Federal Government’s plan to evacuate them via an Air Peace flight by Friday, telling them that Nigeria was worse than South Africa in the era of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Activist Deji Adeyanju, who has been in and out of detention centers for demanding justice and accountability in his country, said in Nigeria, cows were more valuable than human beings.

In a Facebook post, Adeyanju said Nigerians were being killed every day in Nigeria with the government “doing nothing about it”.
He was reacting to the announcement on Wednesday by the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari that the Nigerian government would be evacuating Nigerians who are willing to return home from South Africa on Friday.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on Wednesday that “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to inform the general public that following the recent unfortunate xenophobic attacks on foreign nationals, including Nigerians in South Africa, the Proprietor of Air Peace Airlines Chief Allen Onyema, has volunteered to send an aircraft from Friday 6th September 2019 to evacuate Nigerians who wish to return to Nigeria free of charge”
But Adeyanju dismissed the statement released by Ferdinand Nwoye, the Ministry’s Spokesperson, saying that they would suffer more in Nigeria than in South Africa.
