Nigeria’s controversial but popular pastor, Prophet T.B. Joshua, has released a troubling prophecy for Nigeria, warning that what God has shown him three times about the the near future of Africa’s most populous country is scary.

So troubling is what God is telling him that he called on his congregation to join him in prayers to give wisdom and understanding to President Muhammadu Buhari before it is too late.

Prophet TB Joshua said in the past when he prophesied that Nigeria was in the “valley” and the future of the nation was “crying for help”, he fasted and prayed alone, but what might befall Nigeria soon, is much more serious and need collective strong prayers, he explained.

Prophet T.B. Joshua then urged his entire congregation to join him in prayers to protect and rescue President Muhammadu Buhari from the forces of darkness.

Prophet Joshua, who pastors the Synagogue Church of All Nations, did not mention Mr. Buhari by name, but he talked about his heart and gave the analogy of water that can go in any direction the leader wishes – the bad one or the good one.

Mr. Joshua had retained a near-silence demure in recent months, saying little and leaving people to guess, even as journalists, followers and many others continued to file questions and expect answers.

President Buhari had come under an avalanche of criticisms in recent weeks and days as Christians were being massacred across the country with virtually no serious action from him or his government.
