President-elect Joe Biden tests negative for coronavirus

U.S. President-elect Joe Biden tested negative for coronavirus on Monday, his office said in a brief statement.

 “President-elect Biden underwent PCR testing for COVID-19 today and COVID-19 was not detected,” the office added.

The 78-year old leader fractured several bones at the weekend while playing with his dog, and was expected to use a walking boot for several weeks while he recovers.
