Blinken held a telephonic conversation with Kenyan Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs Musalia Mudavadi, on November 10, conveying his congratulations on Mudavadi’s recent appointment as Foreign Minister.
