Bishop David Oyedepo is a popular Nigerian preacher in Ogun State who received words from God as a young man to go and free his people from captivity, at least, that’s what he often says at his 50, 000 capacity church.

A video of the famous preacher has resurfaced online and is being shared by many people on various social media platforms, alleging that the Nigerian leader was a clone from Sudan.

In 2017, Mr Buhari spent many months at a hospital in the United Kingdom and rumors quickly circulated that he had passed away.

But when he reemerged after months of silence, many claimed he was a clone from Sudan.

Bishop Oyedepo addressed the controversy months later in a packed service at his Living Faith Tabernacle Church.

With elections on Saturday, the controversial video has resurfaced online, even though Mr Buhari has publicly denied being a clone from Sudan.
