When many Africans think about the United States, especially Los Angeles, they think about movie stars, comfort, wealth and power. But hundreds of thousands of Americans also live on the streets with nowhere to go.

Here in  L.A.’s Skid Row, there are thousands sleeping on the streets. There are also diseases affecting people living with no toilets, no food or water. This isn’t a developing country. This is inside the United States.

Every night, about 60 thousand people are homeless here in Los Angeles. The video is shocking. Watch.
