United States Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke with Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta over a phone call Thursday to discuss Kenya’s continued efforts to restore peace in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, to address food insecurity issues, and to encourage Kenya as it approaches its upcoming general election.
