WHO Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus in self-quarantine after COVID-19 exposure

The World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus is in self-quarantine after COVID-19 exposure, he announced on Monday.

Speaking from a remote location on Monday during his regular press briefing, Dr. Tedros said he came into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

He said he was self quarantining but has no symptoms.
